چکیده
Aim: An observational cross sectional study for assessing the levels of High sensitivity creactive protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome and its prognostic implication. Methods: All presenting clinical,ECG 2D – echocardiographic evidence myocardial infarction admitted department medicine. Results: A 48 both sex were taken as sample.36 diagnosed ST elevation MI(STEMI) 12 Non-ST MI(NSTEMI).Out 36 STEMI patients,20 male 16 female.Out NSTEMI patients,6 6 female.Among ,85% had risk factor smoking, alcohol, diabetes mellitus or systemic hypertension, whereas females it was 81%.Among males 83% 60%.In STEMI,8% normal EF,25% Moderate EF 50% low EF.The correlation between prognosis values HS-CRP extensive AWMI is found to be statistically significant.(ppatients significant.(p<0.05). Conclusion: The correlate several cardiovascular factors such smoking, diabetes hypertension.Elevated hs-CRP related presence plaque rupture ,which provokes syndrome. Therefore, a resource limited country like India, evaluation would considered best modality over optical coherence tomography intravascular ultrasound. This suggests that assessment may enable physician detecting patients, plan effective reperfusion therapy also assess long term complications.

Prognostic value of C-Reactive Protein in Acute Coronary Syndromes
Introduction: Coronary artery disease (CAD) is among the most common, serious, chronic and life- threatening illnesses in the world. CAD represents a spectrum of conditions, with acute myocardial infarction at one end of it and silent ischemia at the other. There is growing evidence on importance of prognosis of C- reactive protein (CPR) in unstable angina and this protein is a maker of an adve...
متن کاملHigh and low dose atorvastatin effects on high sensivity C-reactive protein in patient with acute coronary syndrome
Introduction: The effect of statins in reducing the risk of acute cardiovascular events is not only due to their effect on serum cholesterol level but also from their anti-inflammatory effects, particularly those resulting from reducing of C - reactive protein (CRP), is important. Atorvastatin dose and duration of treatment display different effects. This study compared the effects of high and ...
متن کاملchanges of high sensitivity c-reactive protein during clopidogrel therapy in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention
conclusions we found that the use of clopidogrel in patients undergoing pci had favorable effects on the suppression of hs-crp. this effect appears to be heightened and more apparent in some group of patients with co-morbidities such as diabetes and hypertension. results six hundred-fifty patients including 386 (59.4%) male and 264 (40.6%) female subjects were enrolled in the study. the mean hs...
متن کاملCorrelation of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in patients with acute coronary syndrome.
Serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) is a sensitive indicator of inflammation, which is closely related with the progress of plaque formation. Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is one of the inflammatory markers of local coronary plaque and the peripheral blood cycle, promoting the occurrence of atherosclerosis development and plaque rupture. In this study, the correlation of hs-CRP and IL-6 w...
